Warm up
Group warm up - Standard, Plus the following

  • good mornings
  • inch worm push ups
  • supermans
Bring Sally up - deadlifts 185/135 (Don't go too heavy, should be about 40% of your max,and yes, you can rest at the bottom)

Hang Power Cleans 135/95
Floor Sweepers (left + Right = 1)
Hand Release Superman Pushups
