Friday - WOD 129 - Thruster Friday

Who doesn't love a good Thruster? I now I do. In fact, it is a combination of 2 of my favorite lifts.... the Front Squat and the Press.

Warm up
Empty bar warm up, and yes, we are going to do some empty bar Thrusters

beginners - work on form before increasing weight
Adv - Work up to a heavy 1RM
