Friday - WOD 146 - Fun Friday

It has been a long week. And I know that anyone else reading this WOD would think "How is this fun?"
But not us, This is the type of fun that we love to have. And even better, having this fun with people that we love to have fun with.
Strength: 20 Mins
Cleans - Looking for a 1RM

"Fight Gone Bad"

-Wall-ball: 20/15 pound ball, 10 ft target. (Reps)
-Sumo deadlift high-pull: 75/55 pounds (Reps)
-Box Jump: 20/18 box (Reps)
-Push-press: 75/55 pounds (Reps)
-Rows (calories)

*There are 3 rounds of 5 minutes each round. 
*There are 5 stations within each round.
*There is a 1 minute break after each round
*You keep a cumulative score
*The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On the call of "rotate," the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for a good score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.
