Monday - WOD 131 - What goes up, Must come down

We had a great weekend and the 2000 Likes on Facebook WOD brutal...but fun.
Isn't that funny that we often find that some of the hardest things in life turn out being the most rewarding.
That is why we do CrossFit, not because it is easy, because it pushes us and makes us better than we were yesterday.

warm up
Group warm up
5 minutes of "balance that Pipe"

15 minutes to work on Toes 2 Bar and Knees 2 Elbows
beginners work on the basics
adv. see how many Knee 2 Elbow/Toes 2 Bar combos you can get in a row without coming off of the bar

WOD - What goes up, must go down
2-4-6-8-10-8-6-4-2 (start each round each round Every minute on the Minute)
Ground to OH 135/95
*example - minute 1 = 2 reps, minute 2 = 4 reps, minute 5 = 10 reps

strict 3 minute break

Burpee box jumps (beginners box jumps only)
