Now I know that the Iron Bill Wod was created for a firefighter that was hurt 2 years ago in a very bad Fire. Williaim Dowling is doing much better and although in a wheelchair, is in very good health.

But for today, we are turning towards another Iron Bill. Sara's father Bill Goce.
As many of you know, Bill was in a bad motorcycle accident a few days back. He is on the road to a full recovery, but he still has some partial paralysis in one of his arms and one of his legs. Although Sara her Stepmother are sure of a full recovery, they are still asking for prayers. We will also be taking any donations to get him a gift basket or may flowers (see Jen)
So in his honor and since I pray really hard when I am working out. We are going to do a modified version of the..............
