This style of WOD is one of my favorites. It works you hard for 5 minutes and then you get a little break. Like most actual real-life events, things can get really intense for 5 minutes. So you need to be prepared.

7 Power Snatches 115/75
14 GHD situps
AMRAP 2 (5 minutes)
7 OHS 115/75
14 Cal ROW
AMRAP 3 (5 minutes)
7 Burpees
14 KB Swings 52/35
*each class will break up into 3 groups. each group will start at a different AMRAP station
