Friday - WOD 169 - Push it Real Good


Warm up
Group warm up
Group 400 meter run
Empty Bar warm up

Strength:
EMOM for 7 minutes
1 Strict Press + 1 Push Press + 2 Push Jerks 135/95

Metcon:
15 Min AMRAP
1 Box jump 24/20
1 Plate Burpee (no lock out needed, must burpee behind the plate)
1 Single Arm snatch 52/35 (kb or DB)
2 Box jump
2  Plate Burpee
2 Single Arm snatch 52/35 (kb or DB)
3 Box jump
3 Plate Burpee
3 Single Arm snatch 52/35 (kb or DB)
...
and so on adding one more rep to each exercise for a total of 15 mins
