Saturday - WOD 153 - 4th of July - Hero WOD (Westin)

The 4th of July is one of my favorite holidays. It serves as a reminder of how much our great Nation has accomplished in over 200 years. So many people take for granted the work that it took to get to where we are and the work that still takes to keep the freedoms that we have today. For this reason, every year on certain holidays, we like to do a Hero WOD to remind us of the work and sacrifice that it takes to keep our great nation running!
