Tuesday - WOD 166 - WOD for God

Lately I have been thinking about how "things" work in general. How does an idea become reality? How do people achieve the things that they want to achieve?
After thinking on this now for about 2 weeks, I have come to a conclusion that like a natural body of water, the human Body and Spirit are designed to flow naturally versus being congested by Pollution.

Let me explain...

All "healthy" bodies of water must have the means to bring in water and also release water. There is a healthy flow in, and a healthy flow out. If for some reason that natural flow of water is not allowed to thrive, that body of water would become a cesspool, filled with all sorts of nasty life threatening diseases and illnesses. Often times the natural flow of that body of water is the result of some unknown source like a dam that was put up or a congestion of unnatural elements like pollution.

Much like that natural body of water, our Body and Spirit act in a similar fashion. Our Body and Spirit have to be clean and constantly flowing. Sometimes, like in nature we know that bad stuff will come in, but we have to make the changes in our life that will allow the "Pollution" to flow out. By holding on to things like Rage, Envy, Jealousy and other Spiritual Pollutants, our Body and Spirit become like a cesspool, and the only outflow can be Negativity and Sorrow. Once this happens, we are no longer able to release Happiness, Joy, Hopefulness, Forgiveness, Respect and so much more.

What must be done is to work on releasing the Spiritual Pollutants to move back towards the natural flow that are Body and Spirit were designed for.
