Tuesday - WOD 161 - Tabata Tuesday

Whoever completed or even attempted the coby WOD on Monday is officially on my "you're a beast" list.

That WOD was epic. Remember to stay hydrated all day. It's getting hit outside.

Strength:
Hang Snatch Grip High Pulls
5-5-5-5
Should start at 60% of max Snatch, the move up on each set

Metcon:
Tabata 1
sit ups/plank

Tabata 2:
bar touches/knees to 90 degrees

Tabata 3:
tabata rowing (rowing for calories)

Tabata 4:
tire plyo Squats, hammer tire hits

*the class will be divided up into 4 even groups.

OT:
Foam roll and stretch
