Tuesday - WOD 158 - Time to Clean


Group warm up
Then
Tabata Wall Balls

Strength
Clean and Jerk Ladder
set up the following weights
for Men - 95-135-155-185
for Women - 65-95-115-135

The whole group will get into 2 lines: Men & Women
One person at a time will start at the first weight
Each person will have 1 minute at each weight
Each person will do as many Clean and Jerks within that minute
when the minute is up, they will move up to the next weight and the next athlete will move up

Metcon
15 Minute AMRAP
10 candlestick get ups with plate 25/15
10 Plate Burpees
10 HSPUs
(These can be done in a complex as well)

*200 Meter OH plate run after each round
