On a 35-minute clock with a partner:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 30 minutes of:
30 double-unders or 90 singles
15 pull-ups
15 push-ups
200-meter row
Then, use the last 5 minutes to find a 1-rep-max partner deadlift
-work with someone you haven't paired with before!
-One person working at a time.
-Rx alternate after a full round
-intermediate alternate after completing 1 or 2 exercises
-beginners alternate as often as needed
