Shoulder Mobility
-OH Plate lockout (hold a 25 lb plate overhead) - Do this for up to 3 minutes - rest as needed

Strength
Back Squat
Every Minute for 6 minutes
3 Back Squats @65% of Max

20 Push Presses 95/65
30 Walking Lunges
40 Situps

400 meter run

40 situps
30 walking lunges
20 Push Presses
