Friday - WOD 262 - 12 Days of Christmas

Happy Birthday to Mads. She is like a little sister to all of us. She is the other half of an amazing Force that has blessed our Box from day 1.

Regardless of what anyone could ever say, she is one of the strongest pound for pound athletes that we have... and growing stronger every day.

Happy Birthday Little one.

On the first day of CrossFit, my awesome coach gave to me, A  Wall Walk at CrossFit Success

On the 2nd day of CrossFit my awesome coach gave to me, 2 Sprints and a Wall Walk at CrossFit Success

On the 3rd day of CrossFit my awesome coach gave to me, 3 Pull ups, 2 sprints and a wall walk at CrossFit Success... etc.

For time:

1 Wall Walk (reverse)
2 burpees
3 toes 2 bar
4 kb swings 52/35
5 renegade rows 45/25
6 DB lunges  (1 b db only in front rack)
7 box jump overs
8 ghd situs
9 candle stick getups (no weights)
10 bar jump overs
11 hang cleans 115/85
12 Jerks 115/85

87 Double unders for time
