Monday - WOD 264 - Monday Mayhem

Group warm up
2 rounds Empty bar warm up
shoulder mobility

Strength
Every minute for 17 minutes - 1 lift
Every minute you will add weight
Girls add 10 lbs every minute
Guys add 20 lbs every minute

Snatch as long as you can with the weight that you add. Once you can't snatch any more...
Clean as long as you can with the weight that you add. Once you can't Clean any more...
Deadlift as long as you can with the weight that you add. Once the 17 minutes is up... you are done.

*The score is the combined heaviest total of all 3 lifts.
*Make sure to not start too light or you will run out of time.
*Please share a bar, it doesn't matter what lift you are on, the weight will be the same!!!

Metcon: (15 minute cap)
150 wall balls
5 burpees every time you break.
