Monday - On and Off



Happy Monday:

Just a reminder that this week is the start of the open.
We will host all 5 weeks of the open at our Box each Saturday from 10a until 12pm (or whenever everyone is done.)

Although the open is an even that most people sign up for, Everyone is welcome to come in a try out the WOD. Each week the WOD is a mystery until Thursday night.
As soon as it is posted, we will let everyone know what it is so that you can mentally and physically prepare for it.

Group Warm up:
Line warm up
Empty bar warm up

Strength. 
Clean Grip Deadlift
3-3-3-3 (trying to increase weight on each lift)

Metcon (inspired from the main site)
40 Chest to Bar Pullups
60 Push Presses 95/65
80 Back Squats 95/65
*work for 1 minute, rest for 1 minute
*Can be done in any order you like
*Can be partitioned however you like
