47 Ring Rows
47 KB Swings 52/35
47 wall ball sit ups 20/15 (5 foot target)
47 push presses 95/65
47 toes to bar
*1 athlete working at a time
*athletes will rotate every minute
*athletes must use their full minute.
Overtime:
47 sec plank in front, then both sides
47 seconds of Hollow Holds
