Tuesday - Fight Gone Badder



I am not sure if that is even proper grammar, but it does sound pretty bad

Group warm up
Empty bar warm up (emphasis on OH Squat)

Strength

Metcon

3 Rounds:

KB swings (53/35)
Deadlift 185/125
Burpees
Double Unders
T2B

*With a running clock, you will have 1 minute at each station and 1 minute rest after all 5 stations. Score is total reps completed per round
*coaches will set up 5 lanes (3 in the main room, 2 in the middle room)
*5 athletes will start on the KB swings, at the 1 minute mark, those 5 will move forward and the next 5 will start on the KB swings. This will continue in this fashion everyone starting on the KB swings and finishing on the Toes to Bar.
