Friday - The "Sabrina"

Even though she isn't going to be with us, I wanted to do a Sabrina WOD for her Birthday.
As always, I am proud that Sabrina found us. She is my little buddy and a very fierce athlete.

We are going to do some of her favorite things
Her birthday is 3/25/88

Warm up: (10 mins)
50 Single Speed rope every minute for 10 minutes

28 minute cap
2 rounds for time
800 Meter run
8 candlestick to wall Handstands (Donkey kicks for beginners)
8 db box step ups 50/35
8 Single Arm Snatches (each arm)
