Friday - Bro Sesh (for the girls too)



Group warm up
Invisible Fran

Pvc pipe thrusters
Pvc pipe butterfly pullups

Then
Empty bar warm up

Partner WOD
40 partner Deadlifts 225/155 (both partners synchronized on 1 bar)
40 alternating Pull ups (1 pullup at a time ) (25 each)
50  synchronized situps with high 5 in the middle (50 each)
50 alternating wall balls 20/15 (25 each)
2 x 80 meter synchronized sled pull (using your plates from the dead lift)
80 alternating Power cleans 185/125 (using only 1 bar - choose a mutual weight) You can use 2 bars on this if you are partnered with someone who needs to use a different weight (40 each)
