Eight sets of:
Bench Press x 3 reps @ 80%
One set of:
Bench Press x 6 reps @ 85+%
Try to go at the top of each minute

Metcon
Ten rounds for time of:
15 Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lbs)
9 Strict Handstand Push-Ups/kipping hspus
3 Power Clean (225/155 lbs)

Overtime
One set of:
400 Meter plate Carry
(bear hug carry high on the chest)
