20 Freestanding kickups to handstand (working on good form while attempting to hold handstand for 1 second)
Use the wall as needed
Beginners - Do wall walk ups to standing

As many HSPUs as possible in 1 minute

20 min AMRAP
5 plate burpees 45/25, 35/15, 25/10
10 plate candlestick getup's
15 plate ground to OH
*After every 3 rounds complete 30 double unders , 90 singles
**Final Score is how many double unders completed
