L1 - run only,  L2 - carry a med ball 20/14, L3 - Carry a plate 45/25
*carry anyhow

2 pull ups
2 deadlifts 225/155
2 slam ball toss overs 20/15
4 pull ups
4 deadlifts 225/155
4 slam ball toss overs 20/15
*and so on increasing by 2 reps each round
