Wednesday - Dallas 5

The group "FitCops" has created a memorial WOD for the 5 Dallas Officers that recently lost their lives. Our member Rachel brought this to me so that our group could pay tribute to those officers. Rachel's husband is also a Police Officer here in Ft. Worth so this is very close to her.

We have several officers at our Box, and we want to honor all of them.
