Wrist mobility for hand stands

15 freestanding kickups to hand stand hold.
Try to hold one position for 3 seconds each time
- level 2 kick up to wall
- level 1 hold from box

Max hand stand hold for time on wall
- level 1 from box

12 min E2MOM
Every 2 mins
2 touch and go Ground to OH
Build up to a heavy 2 rep max
(Record final weight)

3 min break

Then, using that 2 rep max..
5 rounds for time of
7 deadlifts
5 burpee bar jump overs
2 Ground to OH
