Mobility:
As a group - Coach instructed
Foam Roll 15 minutes
Metcon:
Every 2 minutes for 20 min EMOM
Min 1 & 2 - 250 Meter Row, level 2- 200 meters, level 1 - 100 meters
Min 3 & 4 - 5 HSPUs & 5 Back Squats 135/95,105/85,95/65
And so on alternating every 2 minutes until the 20 mins is up
- Coaches will divide the class in half (1 group will start on the rowers and the other group will start on back squats
