I have to say that I was very proud of the athletes that took the time to write their goals on the board as requested. Writing down your goals and making them a priority is the first step in becoming a better athlete.
If you have not written down your goals on the training board.... SHAME ON YOU!
Not only does this mean that you aren't sharing like a good friend should, it also means that you aren't serious about your goals.
Lee Iococca says that "The discipline of writing something down is the first step toward making it happen"
There is power in having your goals in front of you each day you come into the Box. And it will help your coaches know where to help you out.
