Partner Friday

Group warm up
Line drills:
Stiff leg bear crawl
High knees
Walking lunges

Then
20 pushups
20 squats
20 supermans or ghd .

Partner WOD
As many reps as possible in 6 Rounds
1 min Power Snatches
1 min Overhead Squats
1 SDHP
1 min Bar Jump Overs (both feet leaving and landing)
1 min Rest

*the weight is the same for all movements L3 - 75/55, L2 - 65/45, L1 - 55/35
*athletes may trade off as often as needed.
* the 1 min of rest is mandatory
*score is total reps of all 6 rounds

This is a light and fast workout
FORM SHOULD BE FLAWLESS!
