Monday - Hold On Tight

We will not have the following classes due to the holiday.
-zombie class
-630p class
-730pm class

Group warm up 3 rounds of Cindy (not for time, go slow)
5 Pullups
10 Push-Ups
15 squats

0-8 minutes
3 sots press every 2 minutes
3 snatch balance
every 2 minutes
**Try to go up in weight each time.

For time:
50 pull ups
(5 squats every time you come off the bar)
50 wall balls
(15 sec deadlift hold every time you stop/rest)
50 Deadlifts 185/135
(5 bar jump
overs every time you stop/rest)
50 DU
(5 burpees every time you stop/rest)
