While the 2nd partner does a waiter's carry 80 meters (red rail) 52/35
Once the 2nd partner gets back, they will switch. This continues for 8 mins
Then Immediately into
8 min Amrap
1 partner starts doing shoulder to OH while the 2nd partner does farmers carry.
