0-3 minutes 95/65, 75/55, 45/35
3-6 minutes 115/75, 95/65, 75/55
6-9 minutes 135/95, 115/75, 95/65
9-12 minutes 155/105, 135/95, 115/75
12-15 minutes 185/125, 155/105, 135/95
*You only have to finish 10 rounds, the faster you finish, then you don't have to keep increasing the weight every 3 minutes
