Monday - Back to the Grind

We are going to start the year off right. As a team.
And no other type of WOD says "team" more than a good partner WOD.

Come prepared to kick off the Year right.

We will also be doing measurements and Body fat checks for anyone that is interested.

We have normal classes plus adding an 830am for anyone that wants to kick start the new year.
