warm up line drills
then 200m run

skill- work on your goats 10 mins

death by #1

double unders
min 1=5 double under
min 2=10 double unders and so on for 12 mins

death by#2

ground to overhead 155/135, 135/95,95/65
min 1= 1 rep
min 2=2 reps and so on for 12 mins

really concentrate on good form at whatever weight you choose. once you cant complete the reps for that minute you're out.
