Friday Night Lights - Open 17.1

Welcome to the CrossFit Open. We will have the open all day, but the fun will start at 5:30 pm for those who are actually competing in the CrossFit Open. We still need more judges to help out.

20 dumbbell snatches

30 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
40 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs
50 dumbbell snatches
15 burpee box jump-overs

Time cap: 20 minutes

Rx 50/35 (Masters 55+ 35/25 )
Scaled 35/20 (Masters 55+ 20/10)

Box
Rx 24/20 (must jump) (Masters 55+ Step ups are ok)
Scaled 20/12 (all ages step ups are ok)
