Male- 4 minutes to find 1 rep max Snatch
Combined total=score

Part 2
Male- 1 minute Max. Cal. Row
Female- 4 minutes to find 1 rep max Snatch
Combined total=score

The female competitor will have one minute to get max cal row. At the one minute mark, the male competitor will have 4 minutes to find their max snatch. The number of calories will be added to the max Snatch for the part 1 score.
After a 1 minute rest, the male competitor will have one minute to get max cal row. At the one minute mark, the female competitor will have 4 minutes to find their 1 rep max snatch. The number of calories will be added to the max Snatch for the part 2 score.
