Start with an empty bar and keep adding weight

1 Single Arm Kettlebell Snatch 52/35
1 Single Arm OH Squat 52/35
1 HSPU (1 abmat = Rx)
2 Single Arm Kettlebell Snatch
2 Single Arm OH Squat
2 HSPU
3 Single Arm Kettlebell Snatch
3 Single Arm OH Squat
3 HSPU
And so on adding 1 more rep to each movement each round. The final Score is how many rounds and reps you completed up to the 12 min cap
