Happy Birthday Rachel. I hope you enjoy your Star Wars Themed Workout with some of your favorite Movements.

By the way, If you wear a Star Wars Shirt, you are immune from the 11 min jogs.

This is gonna be a fun star wars themed WOD. And yes, we are sticking with the Classics!
