Wacky Wednesday

Group warm up

Pvc pipe thrusters
Pvc pipe butterfly pullups

15 min jog

Partner WOD
40 partner Deadlifts 225/155 (both partners synchronized on 1 bar)
40 alternating Burpees
50  synchronized situps with high 5 in the middle (must be facing each other with feet touching)
50 alternating wall balls 20/14 (25 each)
60 synchronized Partner Pushups (with high 5 in the middle)
60 Tire Hits (1 partner working at a time)

*Go in any order, but you must finish an exercise completely before moving on to another exercise
