Wednesday - WOD for GOD

I am so excited tonight to talk about our CrossFit Family. What started out as a few friends working out at the Park 5 years ago has turned into the true definition of a Family. We workout together, we struggle together and we share in each other's victories.

When I think about how our group has come together and embraced our CrossFit Family, I am very proud. Unlike some might think, I am very proud to see each one of you leaning on each other for support, guidance and even coaching.

To me, it is an honor to see someone teach another person something that I taught them days earlier. Then seeing those 2 people working together to teach another!

FAMILY!
Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their toil. For if they fall, one will lift up his fellow. But woe to him who is alone when he falls and has not another to lift him up!  ~Ecclesiastes 4:9-10

In our daily struggles, we find support again within our CrossFit family. We are here to support each other and to help each other with our Goals.

And don't worry, we have support from above as well:

For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I among them ~Matthew 18:20

Keep up the good work!
