3 rounds of the following
5 GHD Situps
10 walking lunges
15 second handstand hold (free standing if you dare to give it try)

Strength
Weighted Push ups
10-5-5-5
Try to increase weight on each set

Metcon
“Annie’s on the Run”
50–40–30–20–10
     Double-Unders
     Abmat Sit-Ups
     200 Meter Run after each round
