Tuesday - The Jake

Happy Birthday Jake. We are so happy to have you as part of our little CFS family. You are such a great friend and motivator. Thank you for all that you do.

Group warm up:
15 min Hoover ball

"The Jake"
AMRAP in 28 Minutes
28 Hang Power Cleans 135/95, 105/75, 95/65
28 Barbell Back Squats (same weight - must clean from the ground)

Empty the bar, Overhead carry the empty barbell 200 meters.
Return to your spot, load plates back on, and begin 2nd round.
Continue in this fashion until the 28 minutes are up.

**The final score is how many rounds plus reps you complete. The 200 M OH run does not count as a point.
