Friday - Lurong Pre-Challenge Workout



This is a good way to see what the Lurong will be like.
For those interested, this is an individual WOD. For those who would like, you can grab a partner and knock this out a little quicker.

20 Rounds for time:
1 - Clean and Jerk 185/125, 135/95, 75/55 (Level 1 Clean only, no jerk)
2 - Bar facing Burpees

*Masters 40-49 same weight as Rx
*Masters 50+ weight - 155/115, 115/85, 55/35

OT:
3 rounds
10 rig dips
10 Ring Bicep Curls
