Line drills

Endurance:
50 Meter Repeats - To the red rail
Every 30 seconds
for 8 Minutes
*if you have an injury, you can row instead

Metcon:
EMOM for 8 mins
4 pullups
5 Shoulder tap pushups
6 abmat Situps

2 minute rest

EMOM for 8 Mins
4 Sumo Pops
6 Lunges

8 KB swings
