Partner WOD
Complete the following for time:

4 rounds of
2 rope climbs 12 ft target(ground to standing for beginners)
20 HSPUs (1 abmat Rx - Beginners use a box)
*start in any order - trade off as often as needed

then immediately into
60 Barbell Complexes (shared between the 2 athletes)
*1 power clean + 2 Front squats 135/95, 95/65, 75/55
