-Tabata 3: push press/ floor sweepers

-Tabata 4: kettle bell /sit ups

Kettle bell 53/35, 35/22
(Same weight for barbell movements)

95/65, 75/55, 65/45

*Alternate movements every other 20 second round
*one minute rest between tabatas
