- Beginners try to get up on the wall.
- Int try to handstand pulse
- Adv try to HS walk over an obstacle (bumper plates, ABMAT,
spiders, be creative)

30s ME (Max effort) strict TTB
30s ME 1arm pushups
30s ME burpees while holding object between feet (this is to prevent cheating with a wider stance)

odd rounds - hang power Snatch 75/55
even rounds - Floor Sweepers

all 8 rounds - Sprints (2nd fire line and back)
Tabata 3
all 8 rounds - double unders
