Strength

Even minutes - 1 hang full snatch+2 OH squats (choose weight, increase after 2nd set)
Odd minute - 9 HSPUs (1 mat Rx)

Metcon - 12 min AMRAP
5 Deadlifts 225/155, 185/125, 135/95
15 hollow rocks
25 double unders
