On the 2nd day of CrossFit my awesome coach gave to me, 2 Sprints and a
Wall Walk at CrossFit Success
On the 3rd day of CrossFit my awesome coach gave to me, 3 Pull ups, 2
sprints and a wall walk at CrossFit Success... etc.
For time: (can be done solo, or with a partner)
1 Wall Walk (reverse)
2 burpees
3 toes 2 bar
4 renegade rows (1 b db only) 50/35, 35/20, 20/10
5 kb swings 52/35, 39/22, 22/20
6 DB lunges (1 b db only in
front rack)
7 box jump overs 24/20
8 ghd situps
9 candle stick getups (no weights)
10 bar jump overs
11 hang cleans 115/85
12 Jerks 115/85
