Group Warm up
- PVC pipe OH lunges (down and back)
- 20 PVC pipe pass thrus while in a squat
- 20 PVC pipe SOTS presses
- 200 meter jog
Strength - 15 minutes
Snatch + OH Squat (Power or Squat snatch)
- If you Squat Snatch, you must lock out then do the OH squat
Metcon:
75 Thrusters 95/65, 75/55, 55/35
*At the Start of every minute (including the 1st minute) you must perform 3 burpees
