30 double unders (each round)
3-6-9-12-15-18...Hang Power Snatches 95/65, 75/55, 55/35
*each round you will do 30 double unders, then you will do Hang Power Snatches
**Each round you will increase by 3 reps on the power snatches.
***the final score is which round you completed plus reps. So a score of 12+3 means that you finished the round of 12 and then got 3 more after.
